Jay-Z has filed a defamation lawsuit against an anonymous woman who accused him of raping her at age 13, claiming she fabricated the allegations for financial gain. The lawsuit, filed in Alabama, also accuses the woman and her attorneys of extortion, malicious prosecution, and civil conspiracy. The woman’s original lawsuit, which also accused Sean "Diddy" Combs, was voluntarily dismissed last month, but she maintains her claims against Jay-Z. Jay-Z asserts that she admitted to his representatives that no assault occurred and alleges her lawyer, Tony Buzbee, coerced her into pursuing the case.
